WINEMAKING NOTES
Shoreline is a blend of Bacchus, Reichensteiner and Seyval Blanc, with each of the parcels fermented separately with different yeast strains & temperatures to make several complex layers of flavours and aromas. Upon completion, the different vats were assessed for potential and characteristics, then blended together in the optimum proportions. The resulting Shoreline bend was aged fr several months n fine lees to preserve freshnesss.
TASTING: Clear, pale lemon / light straw in colour.
NOSE: A complex floral nose with added hints of pineapple & lime.
PALATE: A balanced, crisp acidity with a palate of lemon and hints of lime and a background of nettle herbaceous note.
