Strawberry Sparkling Fruit Wine

The strawberries for this fine sparkling fruit wine are hand-picked in Herefordshire.  It is then produced in the traditional method with secondary fermentation in the bottle. The wine has a soft creamy bubble complimenting the delicate flavour of summer strawberries.
