Bacchus Block 2025

An elegant and aromatic Bacchus.

Vibrant and layered, showing tropical fruit flavours and blackcurrant leaf notes, leading to a long, steely, lime-driven finish.  Crisp but balanced acidity makes this a perfect match for salads and seafood.

Our first release since 2022.  This parcel of Bacchus fruit was of such high quality in the 2025 vintage, we have separated it from our Bacchus allocation to release this elegant & aromatic Bacchus as a stand-alone style.
