Whether you are a meticulous planner or a last-minute rusher, when it comes to Christmas lunch it really takes the pressure off if you know you’ve got something to drink that’s going to be a hit with everyone – and our Brut Reserve (NV) is just the ticket.
This fruit driven sparkling white wine is made using the Traditional Method to create a light and refreshing fizz bursting with aromas of lemon, green apples and freshly cut grass. Named after notorious 18th century local smuggler Jack Rattenbury, who smuggled contraband into Lyme Bay using fishing boats called ‘Luggers’, we make our award-winning Lugger rum by ageing Caribbean rum in bourbon-charred oak barrels right here in Devon before spicing it with nutmeg, orange-peel, cloves and vanilla to create a superlative spiced tot.
Our beautiful full-sized bottles make a stylish addition to any drinks cabinet , while our 5cl mini version is the perfect size to pop into a home-made cracker or Christmas stocking, or tie up with festive ribbons for a twist on a traditional tree decoration.
