Bottling the English countryside

Country wines have a long rural tradition and the Lyme Bay collection preserves this heritage for all to enjoy. A variation on a traditional grape wine, we add fruit, spices and even florals inspired by the English countryside, before fermention in our winery.

These wines capture the evocative tastes of each season – from sweet summery fruits such as cherry, strawberry or apricot, to fragrant elderflower, warming ginger, earthy nettle or festive Christmas pudding.
