Devon Rum and Gin

Aged to perfection in ex-Bourbon, charred oak barrels, Lyme Bay’s Jack Ratt Lugger rums are named after a legendary smuggler in the region. Choose from our Golden Rum, a carefully blended sipping rum, or the complex notes of our Spiced Rum, with nutmeg, cloves, orange peel and a hint of vanilla.

The Lyme Bay gins are, by contrast, a light, delicate collection of countryside botanicals to create five distinct flavours, from classic Pink Grapefruit to the more unusual Orange and Thyme.
