Jack Ratt Barrel Select Cider
The latest addition to our cider family is Jack Ratt Barrel Select Cider made by ageing our traditional West Country cider in barrels formerly home to spiced rum. The result is a rounded, full-bodied, still cider with sweet notes of apple, vanilla and spice that pairs perfectly with the tangy cheese and pickle flavours of a Ploughman’s lunch.
Jack Ratt Vintage Still Cider
If you are barbequing your way through the Easter weekend, our full-bodied Jack Ratt Vintage Still Cider cuts through the sweetness of lamb kebabs, as well as making a mouth-watering match for flame-grilled pork sausages and chops, or bacon-topped burgers.
Jack Ratt Vintage Sparkling Cider
For those who are better pleased by a platter of cheese, our Jack Ratt Vintage sparkling cider is just the ticket. Full-bodied with a rich, apple tannin aroma and a long, smooth finish it makes a brilliant drink alongside all kinds of cheeses – but especially soft cheeses such as brie, camembert, brie and ricotta.

Made exclusively by us, Annings Fruit Ciders come in six delicious fruity flavour combinations that perfectly balance the tanginess of the cider apples.
We make these refreshing thirst-quenchers by blending real fruit extracts and juices with dessert-apple-based cider to create a range of interesting and tasty flavours that are a world away from the sugary alternatives on the market.
Annings Pear & Mint Fruit Cider combines cider with the aromatic flavours of pear extract and garden mint, for a deliciously heady aroma and a lingering clean fresh finish. Serve over ice for an invigorating treat on a sunny day.
Alternatively, our limited edition Annings Elderflower & Cucumber Fruit Cider is a palate-cleansing pleaser made with the light and refreshing combination of elderflower juice and cucumber extracts.
