    You’ll need: A shaker, a strainer and a chilled martini glass

    Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Lyme Bay Dry Gin
    • 1 oz Pomegranate juice
    • 0.5 oz Fresh lemon juice
    • 0.5 oz Simple syrup
    • Splash of grenadine
    • Garnish: Pomegranate seeds

    Method:

    • Combine the gin, juices, syrup and grenadine in a shaker
    • Add ice then shake for 15-20 seconds
    • Strain into the chilled martini glass

    • 1/4 cup Brandy

    Method:

    • Add the wine, brandy, fruit juices and syrup in a large pitcher

    • Stick it in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or overnight if you can
    • Serve over ice in the wine glasses

    • 2 oz Vodka
    • 1 oz Cranberry juice
    • 1 oz Rose water
    • 0.5 oz Fresh lime juice
    • Garnish: Pesticide free rose petals

    Method:

    • Shake up the vodka, cranberry juice, rose water and fresh lime juice
