Our English Sparkling Wines are all bottle fermented following the Traditional Method and have won countless international awards since their launch.
Using carefully selected grapes from the best growers throughout the South of the UK our aim is to create the perfect balance of fruit character, crisp English acidity, body, complexity and world-beating quality that sets Lyme Bay’s wines apart.
Each wine is created for a purpose: the Brut Reserve is a non-vintage (NV) fruit-driven style representing a stylistic bridge between Champagne and Prosecco. Our Sparkling Rosé is also NV, and is made from differing blends and vintages of pinot noir, chardonnay and pinot meunier. Here, we strive to retain a fruit-driven style combined with the rich pinot character and lees age our house blend is known for. Our Classic Cuvée and Blanc de Noirs are made from vintages that offer something unique, and we only make then when we feel the quality of the year and fruit match our exacting standards.Read more +
